Wind Shear (Focus Interrupt)

Kicks your focus, then your mouseover, then your target. Wind Shear has the shortest interrupt cooldown in the game, so it is worth wiring up properly.

Where to paste this

Chain Heal bounces outward from whoever you cast it on, so choosing the right starting point is most of the spell. A mouseover bind lets you pick without a target swap.
