Casts whichever heal-on-kill ability you have talented, so the same keybind works regardless of your build and you never leave the healing unused.

Where to paste this

Type /macro (or press Esc → Macros) to open the macro window.
Choose "General Macros" to share the macro across all characters, or "<Character> Specific Macros" to keep it on one character.
Click New, pick an icon — the "?" icon plus #showtooltip makes the button mirror whatever spell it will cast — and name the macro.
Paste the macro body into the text area, then drag the macro icon onto an action bar.
Bind the action bar slot to a key as usual; the macro fires on key press.
