Riptide (Mouseover)

Seeds your heal-over-time on a hovered ally. Riptide is pressed on cooldown and enables the rest of your kit, so removing target swaps from it matters.

Where to paste this

Type /macro (or press Esc → Macros) to open the macro window.
Choose "General Macros" to share the macro across all characters, or "<Character> Specific Macros" to keep it on one character.

Casts your haste cooldown and tells the group, so a second Shaman or Mage does not overlap theirs. Horde Shamans should swap Heroism for Bloodlust.

Chain Heal bounces outward from whoever you cast it on, so choosing the right starting point is most of the spell. A mouseover bind lets you pick without a target swap.
