Mouseover Healing with Downranking

Heals whoever your cursor is over, defaulting to yourself, at a specific rank. Vanilla healing is all about mana efficiency, so casting Rank 5 Regrowth instead of max rank is often the correct play.

Where to paste this

  1. Type /macro to open the macro window.
  2. Click New, choose an icon and a name, then paste your macro body.
  3. Drag the macro onto an action bar and bind that slot to a key.
  4. Use #showtooltip so the button icon and cooldown follow the spell being cast.
