Taunts everything nearby, drops Bear Form, and drinks a Limited Invulnerability Potion. Potions cannot be used in form, which is why the cancel is part of the sequence.

Where to paste this

  1. Type /macro to open the macro window.
  2. Click New, choose an icon and a name, then paste your macro body.
  3. Drag the macro onto an action bar and bind that slot to a key.
  4. Use #showtooltip so the button icon and cooldown follow the spell being cast.
