Spear Hand Strike (Focus Interrupt)

Cancels your cast and kicks your focus, falling back to your target. Spear Hand Strike also silences, which makes landing it on the right unit doubly valuable.

Where to paste this

  1. Type /macro (or press Esc → Macros) to open the macro window.
  2. Choose "General Macros" to share the macro across all characters, or "<Character> Specific Macros" to keep it on one character.
  3. Click New, pick an icon — the "?" icon plus #showtooltip makes the button mirror whatever spell it will cast — and name the macro.
  4. Paste the macro body into the text area, then drag the macro icon onto an action bar.
  5. Bind the action bar slot to a key as usual; the macro fires on key press.
