/cancelformDrops whatever form you are in so you can mount, loot or cast immediately. Pressing your form key again also works, but only if you remember which form you are actually in.
Wild Growth (Mouseover)
Wild Growth spreads from whoever you cast it on, so aiming it at the middle of the damaged group matters. A mouseover bind lets you pick that person without a target swap.

- Type /macro (or press Esc → Macros) to open the macro window.
- Choose "General Macros" to share the macro across all characters, or "<Character> Specific Macros" to keep it on one character.
- Click New, pick an icon — the "?" icon plus #showtooltip makes the button mirror whatever spell it will cast — and name the macro.
- Paste the macro body into the text area, then drag the macro icon onto an action bar.
- Bind the action bar slot to a key as usual; the macro fires on key press.
