Keeps your wand firing no matter how often you press the key. Wanding is a real part of vanilla mana management, and cancelling it by accident wastes damage.

Arcane Explosion by Combat State

Casts max rank in combat and Rank 1 out of it. Rank 1 out of combat is the cheap way to sweep for stealthed Rogues without draining your mana bar.

Buffs whoever is under your cursor, falling back to yourself. Holding Shift casts Rank 1 instead, which is the cheap version you use on a low-level alt you are dragging through a dungeon.
