Drag the macro onto an action bar and bind that slot to a key.

Abolish Disease (Mouseover)

Dispels a friendly mouseover target, and falls through to an offensive dispel on a hostile one. Vanilla Dispel Magic works in both directions, so one key covers both.

Casting a specific rank keeps your mana bar alive across a long fight. Naming a rank in a macro is the only way to reach lower ranks without filling your bars with buttons.
Fear Ward (Mouseover)

Puts Fear Ward on a hovered ally. Dwarf Priests are usually assigned to keep it on a specific tank, and hovering their frame is faster than targeting.

Cancels your current cast and flashes whoever your cursor is over. The stopcasting matters because emergency healing usually means abandoning the heal you already started.

Heals a friendly target and damages a hostile one from the same key. Useful while levelling, when you swap between the two every few seconds.
