Exaltation (Mouseover)

Mitigation plus a delayed heal, usually parked on whichever tank is about to be hit. Hover the tank, press once, carry on casting.

Where to paste this

Open the main menu → System → User Macros (or type /macro).
Pick a slot, name the macro and choose an icon — /macroicon "Spell Name" makes the button show that action’s cooldown and range.
Write one command per line, using /ac "Action Name" for abilities.
Add <wait.3> at the end of a line to pause three seconds before the next one.
Drag the macro from the User Macros window onto a hotbar slot.

<f> points an action at your focus target regardless of what you have selected. Set your co-tank or the enemy you need to watch as focus, and the macro becomes a permanent second target you can act on at will.

Swiftcasts a raise and then walks every party slot until one lands. Angel Whisper has a long cooldown, so the chat call-out stops a second raiser wasting theirs on the same body.

Heals harder the lower the target is, on a two-charge cooldown. Mouseover turns it into the fastest emergency response in the healer roster.
